rage
All I feel is rage
Every minute of every day
It builds in my legs
And rises to my head
How can i let go
Without making a show
I want to self harm
Cut myself on the arm
Or punch my leg
To make it all red
It does feel good
I’m not sure it should
It’s the quick release
That’ll give me some peace
I’m trying to stay calm
Avoiding any harm
What should I do?
Help me? Can you?
